GR & Partners considers effective hiring a key element of an effective people strategy. That’s why direct and executive search is a core activity in GR&P’s portfolio.

Quality of candidates and an efficient process are the basics. Additionally, we believe that a strong partnership with the hiring (HR) manager is essential for a successful placement:

  • An intake that allows us to understand the business strategy, the organization’s culture and dynamics and of course the key selection criteria.

  • Identification of candidates with state-of-the-art tools, including a regular activity report to the client.

  • A first briefing to potential candidates that is motivating and transparent on the position and its challenges.

  • A screening of potential candidates that can be completed with additional testing. In order to avoid conflict of interest, testing by one of our partners, a third-party provider can be planned.

  • Guidance and advice to hiring managers throughout the process.
